Overview
Canyon Pathways is a global community of men exploring sonship, leadership, and spiritual rest. After years of hosting powerful in-person retreats, their message lived and died in the room. No podcast. No media presence. No way to stay connected with men between gatherings.
We pitched the solution: build a podcast — not just as a broadcast tool, but as a fully designed product. We led everything from strategy and branding to production and weekly social content. What started as an idea in a pitch deck is now a running content engine with a global audience and no signs of slowing down.
The Challenge
Canyon had a clear voice and strong community—but no scalable way to share its message. There was no podcast, no media infrastructure, and no system for ongoing content. The challenge wasn’t just producing episodes—it was designing a repeatable product that matched the relational tone of the retreats while serving a growing global audience.
Our Approach
We pitched and launched a podcast that would become the heart of their content ecosystem, then served as their full creative and production partner:
- Product Pitch & Strategy — Proposed the podcast as a core tool to carry the Canyon message beyond retreats. Outlined structure, value, and audience fit to get internal buy-in. (tightened)
- Design & Branding — Created the full visual identity: cover art, logo, typography, and templates — built to capture the grounded, masculine, and sacred tone of the movement. (minor)
- Pre-Production — Defined episode structure, segment flow (Field Notes, guest intros, guiding questions), and the production calendar.
- Production & Post — Managed recordings via Riverside, handled editing, mastering, sound design, and quality control for every single episode.
- Social Content — Produced reels, audiograms, carousels, and quote graphics tied to each week's episode — built for engagement and share-ability.
- Narrative Development — Worked closely with Noel to translate core retreat themes into episodic arcs and recurring content pillars.

Results
53 episodes published since launch in October 2024 — a consistent weekly cadence maintained across 19 months and counting.
3,400+ total downloads across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and 10+ other platforms — built entirely from zero.
54 countries, all 6 continents. Listeners tuning in from Jerusalem, Dubai, Nairobi, Athens, Hanoi, São Paulo, and beyond — far exceeding the reach of any in-person retreat.
Apple Podcasts (51%) and Spotify (34%) — well-distributed across the platforms that matter most for this audience.
Still growing. 221 downloads in the last 30 days alone, with new episodes continuing to pull consistent listens week over week.
